Valencia Basket repeats in Malaga to open the Turkish Airlines Euroleague second leg

03/01/2018

Valencia Basket opens the second leg of the Turkish Airlines Euroleague repeating visit to Unicaja (Thursday 4, 20:45, Martín Carpena, Movistar Deportes 2) in which will be the second game vs. the Malaga team in three days. The taronja squad will try to continue growing from the positive aspects that showed in the Tuesday’s Endesa League game after breaking last week their bad streak in European competition.

Coach Txus Vidorreta will have for the fourth consecutive game only nine professional players, since he keeps six absences due to injury he has had in recent commitments (Fernando San Emeterio, Guillem Vives, Joan Sastre, Antoine Diot, Latavious Williams and Sergi Garcia).

Valencia Basket was able to take the victory in half of their last eight visits to a court where will play for the first time a game of the highest European competition and in a match that will cover the visit to the courts of the four Spanish rivals who participate in the current edition of the Turkish Airlines Euroleague.
