A Divina Seguros Joventut on fire tests the Valencia Basket's streak

28/04/2018

Valencia Basket will try to prolong its good shape visiting the court of another of the most winning teams in this month of April, Divina Seguros Joventut, in a Endesa League round 30 game (Sunday 29, 12:30h, Olímpic Badalona, Movistar + dial 193). The taronja squad could mathematically certify their presence in the Playoff for the twelfth consecutive season if they win in Badalona or if they lose, Montakit Fuenlabrada or UCAM Murcia lose too. The captain Rafa Martinez could ascend to the fifth position of the historic three-pointers shooters list in the Endesa League in a game in which Bojan Dubljevic can reach 200 matches in the top Spanish competition.

Valencia Basket will have five injured players for this game, after the American center Latavious Williams relapsed from his injury in the right tibia in a practice and joins German center Tibor Pleiss (plantar fasciitis in the right foot), Fernando San Emeterio (fibrillar fracture in the left soleus), Guillem Vives (tenosynovitis in the left ankle) and the long-term injured Antoine Diot in the injured list. Valencia Basket currently occupies the fourth position of the Endesa League, with a balance of 20-9, tied with the third classified.
