CURRENT CAPACITY / NO CAPACITY SITUATION

ACB - Liga Endesa: The competition is governed by the instructions of the Higher Sports Council, which depends directly on the Ministry of Culture and Sports of the Government of Spain. This institution has urged to start the competition behind closed doors, so the games will be played without an audience.

Turkish Airlines EuroLeague: After the new regulations decreed by the Ministry of Health on November 6, both international competitions and those considered “non-professional” can’t be played with fans while the CSD maintains this same restriction for professional competitions. The games, therefore, will be closed doors until then.

SANITARY MEASURES INSIDE THE FACILITY

The Club will implement all the sanitary measures recommended by the authorities to guarantee safety during games and will apply a strict protocol designed specifically for this. From Valencia Basket, its fans are asked for the maximum collaboration so that all security measures can be fulfilled, including:

• Respect the minimum distance of 1.5 m. security and access only through the doors indicated by the Club for this purpose.

• Temperature measurement at all entrances to the pavilion.

• Use of hydroalcoholic gel dispensers at entrances, access to stands, services and official store.

• Safety distance between fans in the stands and locations, following what is ordered by the competent health authorities and the Club's instructions.

• Mandatory use of a mask at all times. Eating is not allowed while in the stands.

• Do not eat in the stands. Use the corridor areas for this, and always maintaining a safe distance and the use of the mask when not eating.

FAQ / TICKETING

If I buy a ticket and the match is postponed, is the money returned?

In the event that the match is postponed to another date, there will always be the option of requesting the Club to refund the amount of the ticket, to do this, contact the Club (96.395.70.84 or by email imartinez@valenciabasket.com). There will also be the possibility of reserving the ticket for the new date, in this case, the ticket would become valid for the new date assigned for that match.

If I buy a ticket, and the match is canceled, is the money returned?

In this case, the club will refund the amount paid for the ticket.

If I buy a package and a match in the package is postponed or permanently suspended, is the money returned?

In this case, the club will refund the amount that appears in the postponed match ticket.

Do I have a preferential term for being paid? How long?

Season-ticket holders for the 19/20 season will have two days of preferential time to purchase tickets

Are the tickets nominal? If I can't go at the last minute, can I give my ticket to someone I know?

The protocol established for the prevention of the contagion of Covid requires that the tickets be nominal, so in case of not being able to attend and wanting to leave the entrance to another person, contact the club (96.395.70.84 or by email imartinez @ valenciabasket.com)

I know someone who is a subscriber. Can you buy me a ticket in my name within the preferential subscription period?

The preferential purchase term is for season-ticket holders. Once the ticket has been acquired and following the protocol established for the identification of the game attendee described above (contact with the Club), you can assign it to the person you deem appropriate.

I am a #EActiBasket card user. Can I request a refund of the proportional economic amount to the parties that are without public?

No refund will be made to card users in the event of not being able to attend a game, as it was specified in the card purchase conditions.

Why do you opt for ticket sales instead of season tickets?

We do not consider it fair to "force" the subscriber to renew his subscription in these uncertain circumstances. Given the current uncertainty and the exceptionality of this year, we prefer to bet on reinforcing the season tickets for the next season and to bet on the sale of tickets for this campaign.

By doing this and putting a limited number of #EActiBasket cards on sale, we ensure that we can comply with the limitations recommended by the health authorities depending on the situation throughout the season, and season-ticket holders do not lose their privileges for the next season already back to complete normality.

Do I have to wear a specific type of mask?

Any of the legally approved ones, preferably FFP2.

Can I take food and eat inside the facility?

You cannot eat in the bleacher seats. There will be areas enabled for this within the ring of the pavilion.

If I feel unwell during or after the game, what should I do? Should I inform someone of the Club?

If symptoms compatible with COVID (cough, fever, headache, etc.) are shown during the match, extreme security measures (safety distance, use of a mask and hand hygiene) and leave the Hall as soon as possible. If symptoms persist, contact the health authorities (In the Valencian Community at 900.300.555).

Why the #EActiBasket card option?

In this way, we make a reasonable balance between contributing a “fixed” income per audience to the budget and being able to offer options so that a greater number of season-ticket holders can attend the games by buying tickets. That is why the cards have special conditions such as non-refund of the amount or not being able to opt for deferred payment.

In this way, we offer an option for those who want the privilege of not worrying about buying tickets and occupying a fixed location in all games in which the public is allowed.

Why is the money for the #EActiBasket card not returned if it is not possible to watch games?

Last season, the Club decided to return to the fans the amount corresponding to what they had not been able to enjoy, and even more, taking into account how far the first teams could have gone. In this case, it is about being able to enjoy the privilege of watching all the games from the best possible area, without having to worry about buying tickets, and with everything you need to live an authentic Premium experience. In the event that there are games that do not have an audience, it is about making an effort, such as the one made by the Club last year, also contributing to that growth that, for example, we evidence in the potential of our first two teams in the face of the season we started.

What is the ticket price based on?

The prices of the tickets vary to be as fair as possible depending on the rival and the competition that is played at any time.

How many tickets per game will go on sale?

The Club will make available to the fan all the necessary security measures to be able to offer the largest number of seats possible, always following the recommendations of the authorities.

What advantages do 19/20 season-ticket holders have for this campaign?

Season-ticket holders will have a preferential deadline for acquiring cards and tickets before each game, in addition to the privilege of reserving their seat for the following season (21/22).
