Valencia Basket debuts in EuroCup Women with a win in Mechelen (59-67)

The reigning champions debut with a hard-fought victory in EuroCup Women at Kangoeroes Basket Mechelen. Valencia Basket was able to stay afloat in a game in which at certain times the efficiency did not help and pressed the accelerator in the last quarter to close the first win in the group stage. The most outstanding player was Cristina Ouviña with 6 points, 5 rebounds, 8 assists, 6 steals and 17 in efficiency. Bec Allen also excelled in her return to the team after the WNBA with 12 points, 6 rebounds, 1 steal, 1 block and 13 in efficiency. The Taronja team is already thinking about next week with a triple game.
