Valencia Basket ended its particular losing streak at the Surne Bilbao Basket's court and maintained their winning momentum by coming from behind in the second half to secure a 98-103 win. The taronja squad started strong, leading and benefiting from their three-point shooting accuracy in the first quarter. However, the home team scored easily throughout the first half, while Valencia's long-range shots weren't falling inside the rim, allowing Bilbao to build a twelve-point lead that a late surge from the Valencia team reduced to five by halftime. After the break, Valencia Basket improved defensively and regained the lead with a 6-17 run that left everything to play for heading into the final quarter. In the decisive moments, Costello, Pradilla, and Montero—who played despite shoulder discomfort due to the absences of Jones, Jovic, and Filipovic—built a small lead that the Valencia team defended well, despite Abdur-Rahkman's late outside shooting success.
