Valencia Basket ended its negative streak in the Endesa League with a comeback with a final partial of 17-1 to end up beating Río Breogán by 88-80 in a match in which it found in the final minutes the success of Jones (14 points) and the work of López-Arostegui (6 points and 11 rebounds) in a game in which Ojeleye and Davies (21 points each) supported him until then. The taronja team began leading with a partial start of 8-0 but the Galician team's triples equaled it at the end of the first act and Polite's success (7/10 in triples to start the visiting team) gave them an advantage that came to be eleven points, although the points from Davies and Pangos allowed Valencia Basket to go five down at the intermission. First Momirov and then McLemore once again stretched the visitors' lead and although a partial taronja reduced it, another visitor stretch put the Valencian team down thirteen with nine minutes left. Going with Ojeleye as four and pushed by the energy of Xabi, the final set culminated the comeback to begin the second round of the acb with victory.
