The Jr. NBA Training Camp visits de city of Valencia

Not everything is basketball. The boys and girls of the Europe & Middle East Training Camp of the Jr. NBA Global Championship put aside the balls and facilities of L'Alqueria del Basket to enjoy the other multiple tourist offers that exist in the city of Valencia.

During the afternoon today and after an intense morning of training, a bus picked up at the hotel the 20 young people of 13 and 14 years with all the staff of the Jr. NBA to take them to the historic center, where they have done a walking tour. They were able to see the main attractions of the city such as Serrano Towers, Plaza de la Virgen with the Basilica, Plaza de la Reina with the Cathedral or the City Hall, among others.

Then the expedition boarded the bus again to go to the port area and the promenade of Valencia. Once there they finished the afternoon playing a game of beach volleyball both players and staff closing a fun day.

The city of Valencia thus becomes the ideal setting for the last ‘stage’ of the Europe & Middle East Training Camp before the Jr. NBA Global Championship to be held next week in Orlando. A perfect communion of basketball, culture and sun for players to prepare well and recharge batteries for the championship.
