Valencia Basket Club S.A.D. shareholders approved accounts for the 20-21 season and the 21-22 budget

The General Meeting of Shareholders of Valencia Basket Club SAD today approved the accounts for the 2020-2021 season, which have yielded a total Club expense of 25,116,000 euros. Vicente Solá, president of the taronja club, joined by the CEO Paco Raga and the Director of Management Esteban Gallego have chaired the Board that has ratified that the expense item has been compensated with operating income and with the contribution of its Patrons and principals shareholders, Juan Roig and Hortensia Herrero.

 

In the course of the Meeting, which has had a representation of 71,76% of the shares, the Valencia Basket Club SAD Board of Directors has reported on the management that it plans to apply, consolidating the model that it has promoted during the last seasons, in which three Eurocup championships, an Endesa League and a Super Cup have been achieved, while the women's team has definitively consolidated itself in the elite both at the national level, reaching the final of the Queen's Cup and the Endesa Women's League , as an international, achieving his first Eurocup Women, to which he has added the LF Endesa Super Cup and the SuperCup Women this season. The budget for the 2021-2022 season has also been defined, with a sum of 21,808,000 euros for the total of the Society, which the shareholders have also approved.

 

The Club has also communicated that the budget for this season will be compensated with the income from the main contribution of its Patrons, Juan Roig and Hortensia Herrero, complemented with the income generated through sponsors, ticket offices, and advertising, among other concepts. .
