Conservation period of your personal data
The personal data provided by the user will be kept for the time strictly necessary to fulfill the purposes for which they were collected, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
In general, they will be kept for as long as there is a contractual relationship with the reservation holder and for a limited period of time since the last interaction with the company.
Personal data will be deleted or anonymized when they are no longer necessary or relevant for the purposes for which they were collected and are not subject to any legal obligation of conservation, and Valencia Basket will always take into account the principle of limitation of the conservation period.
