Official statement: Post-game incidents in Samokov

Valencia Basket wants to publicly condemn what happened yesterday after the second game of the BKT EuroCup semifinal.


The insults, moments of tension, and constant situations in which the safety of the members of our team were endangered are intolerable and a disgrace to our sport and the values it strives to promote.


After this unacceptable situation, our Club has already filed a formal complaint with the competition and hopes that, as is inevitable, the acts will be severely punished, and that the situation will serve as an example and prevent it from happening again.
