
Pedro Martínez, the coach with the most Liga Endesa wins with Valencia Basket

With the victory secured yesterday at La Fonteta against Unicaja, in the men’s team’s 1,000th game on our home court, head coach Pedro Martínez achieved his 82nd win in the Liga Endesa as head coach of Valencia Basket. This figure allows him to surpass the 81 victories achieved by Velimir Perasovic and become the coach with the most Liga Endesa wins in the Club’s history.
The Catalan coach also needed fewer games than the Croatian manager to reach this milestone, having done so in just 110 games compared to the 119 that Perasovic coached for Valencia Basket

Pedro Martínez is currently in his third season at the bench of the Valencia Basket men’s team. His journey so far has not only placed him at the top in terms of victories in the national competition, but he has done so with the best win percentage in the Club’s history in the Liga Endesa for a coach with more than one season in the Club, with a 74.5% record.
