BKT EuroCup semifinals game 2

Valencia Basket men's team faces the tough challenge of trying to take advantage of the first of their two opportunities to close out the BKT EuroCup semifinals series against Hapoel Shlomo Tel Aviv (Friday 28th, 18:30h, Samokov Arena, Movistar Deportes 3) in the second game of this series, which will be played in Bulgaria but with around two thousand Israeli fans traveling to support their team.
After having the support of the Fonteta to win the game 1 by 91-82, Pedro Martínez's men will try to extend the positive aspects shown in that initial game and aim to improve their rhythm and accuracy in the three-point shooting against a rival that made things very uncomfortable for the Valencia team, especially in the first half.
This will be the first time these two teams meet outside of the Fonteta, with a fairly balanced record in Valencia Basket's away games against Israeli teams (six wins and seven losses), and with the positive experience of having won by 64-80 in the Samokov Arena during their visit to the other Israeli representative in the tournament, Hapoel Bank Yahav Jerusalem, in the opening game of the Regular Season.
In addition to the confirmed absences of long-term injured players Ethan Happ and Sergio De Larrea, the Valencia team is closely monitoring the situation of Semi Ojeleye, who was unable to play in the second half of the first game of this series after attempting to help the team in the first half despite being sick.
